Machine Operation Process of Automatic Single Side Sticker Labeling Machine

Step 1
Feed bottles on conveyor or using botte turntable. The Space Creator creates a proper gap between two bottle, when the container moves on the Conveyor. -
Step 2
Belt / Feed screw orientation system orients the bottles to right postion. The Top stabilizing belt will hold under the top stabilizing belt and travel to the labeling station. This Bottle Orienter also creates the proper gap between two bottles.

Step 3
Product sensor checks the presence of bottle at labeling station and when the bottle is present below the labeling station the PLC gives command to Label Dispenser to dispense the label.The Optical scanner of Label dispenser unit which is most necessary to apply accurately and precisely label on bottle. -
Step 4
The Pressing brush / Pressing Roller presses the bottle at appropriate pressure and the label is stick accurately on the Bottel. -
Step 5
Then the bottle moves to the next processing.
