Machine Operation Process of Automatic Pneumatic Piston Liquid Filling Machine

Step 1
Feed bottles on conveyor or using automatic botte turntable. The Conveyor convey the bottles very smoothly. When container moves on conveyor Product Sensor gives command to PLC and Stopper system hold the 4 nos. of bottle below the filling station at right position for filling. -
Step 2
The Driving Nozzels unit comes downward and nozzles entering in to the bottle same time PLC unit gives command to Acutator valve & Air Cylinder push to piston in forward direction and start the filling.

Step 3
When piston reach at sattable read switch position then actuator valve goes shut off and air cylnder goes to backword direction, Nozzles unit moves upward and Bottle Stopper will open and bottles moves out from the filling statiion. In revese direction of Air cylinder, piston will suck the liquid from storage tank for next filling cycle. -
Step 4
Then the bottle goes to the next processing.
