TheSVDWL100 / 200/300 is a fully automatic spreader Sticker label machine. This serise machines are designed to apply self adhesive label on one side, two side (front & back panels) with wraparound on various sizes Round /Elliptical /Flat containers.Therefore, both label dispensers work independently of each other & that can be used with labels of different sizes on both sides. Fully synchronizes the label dispenser system with all components of the labeling machine to allow single point speed control, maintain accurate labeling during start, stop or deceleration phases, and synchronize with the entire line.The machine offers exceptional precision and is specially designed for operator comfort.

Machine Operation Process of Automatic Double Side With Wrap Around Sticker Labeling Machine

Step 1
Feed bottles on conveyor or using automatic botte turntable. The Conveyor moves very smoothly to convey the bottle and The Space Creator creates a proper gap between two containers, when the container moves on the Conveyor. Bottle Orienter orient the bottle in the right position for labeling.
Step 2
The Top stabilizing belt will hold under the top stabilizing belt and travel to the labeling station. This Bottle Orienter also creates the proper gap between two bottles.

Step 3
Product sensor checks the presence of bottle at labeling station and when the bottle is present below the labeling station, the PLC gives command to the both Label Dispenser to dispense the label.
Step 4
The Pressing rollers / wrap around belt press the container at appropriate pressure and the label is stuck accurately on the container.
Step 5
Then the bottle goes to the next processing.
