Machine Operation Process of Automatic Peristaltic Pump Liquid Filling Machine

Step 1
Feed bottles on conveyor or using automatic botte turntable. The Conveyor convey the bottles very smoothly. When container moves on conveyor Product Sensor gives command to PLC and Stopper system hold the bottle below the filling station at right position for filling. -
Step 2
The Driving Nozzels unit comes downward and nozzles entering in to the bottle same time PLC unit gives command to Peristatlic pump to start filling.

Peristatlic pump ill stop when count reach at sattable count Nozzles unit moves upward and Bottle Stopper will open and bottles moves out from the filling statiion. -
Step 4
Then the bottle goes to the next processing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Containers moving on SS Slat conveyor, feed below the filling nozzles through a settable twin pneumatically operated stopper system. The twin pneumatically operated stopper system and reciprocating nozzles can precisely match for centering of container below nozzles, to avoid spillage of liquid on container.
The peristaltic pump makes intermittent contact on only the outside of the surgical product so that the product only touches the inside of the bottle. The filler’s master computer independently tracks the of rotations of the peristaltic pump head so that it knows precisely how much product has been delivered. When the target fill volume is reached, the pump stops and the remaining product fluid does not drip out due to pipette action. The computer stores all fill parameters in memory for fast changeovers.
