Machine Operation Process of Automatic Bottle Unscrambler Machine

Step 1
Empty bottles are loaded into the hopper.Hopper transfers bottles toward the rotary bottle feeding section by storage elevator belt convyor. -
Step 2
Bottle Seperator Belt will separate the bottle one by one and and feed to the Gripper belt.

Step 3
Bottles enter the gripper belt orientation section. Gripper belts with an orientation system orient bottles in the correct position and move to the exit belt station. -
Step 4
At exit belt station the stopper mechanism converts the bottle into a vertical position.Exit belt transfers vertically oriented bottles to the further conveyor line.

4) Responsibility transferred to Adjustment Dept with the assembled machine.Sales will check the progress and feedback to customer
5) After customer’s video checking/factory inspection,sales will arrange the delivery
6) If customer have problem during application,Sales will ask the After-sales Dept to solve it together
