This advance technology model can handle 10-40 mm dia. of container and sleeve layflats up to 50 mm. Very compact and elegant design of machine made up from SS frame Structure that includes the Sleeve applicator, heat tunnel and roller conveyor, along with optional standard features.
It Machine having Product feeder , horizontal Sleeve inseter with a static reduction system, an innovative after-tamp sleeve centering station, an integrated compact heat tunnel, a roller conveyor that rotates product inside the heat tunnel, and a discharge ramp for gentle discharge of products from the system.

Machine Operation Process of Automatic Horizontal Sleeve Label Applicator Machine

Step 1
Feed product on conveyor or using automatic feeder hopper/ feeding conveyor. The product will transfer into the roatry feeder from hopper and then rotary feeder feed it on to roller Conveyor very smoothly. -
Step 2
Product sensor checks the presence of the container at sleeving station and when the conatainer will present below the sleeve station, the PLC gives command to the Sleeve Dispenser to dispense the sleeve. Rotary cutter unit cut the Sleeve at proper Position with help of sleeve scanner. The sleeve pusher unit inserts the cut sleeve onto the container while it continuously moved on the conveyor.

Step 3
Motorised Hair brush/ Sleeve Pusher system settle down sleeve at desired position. -
Step 4
Then the bottle goes to the shrink tunnel and conatiner will rotate with shrink and it fall in to the ramp type discharge tray.
