It is outlined with double walls and heavy gauge hardened steel stock. This development configuration greatly increases productivity by allowing hot air to flow and protects workers from elevated heat levels. The excellent electroheating components of our electric shrink tunnels ensure uniform heat distribution and calibrated finishes on various films such as PLA, OPS, PETG and PVC. Two automatic airflow controls wind airflow around two separate areas. Machine Operation Process of Electric Shrink Tunnel

Step 1
Feed sleeve applied container on conveyor or using automatic sleeve applicator. The Conveyor moves very smoothly to convey the container and moving ahead in tunnel chamber. -
Step 2
In heat tunnel chamber, thermostatic heat eject on the sleeve applied container.Loose sleeve start to shrink and it will get a shape of container.

Step 3
once sleeve lebeling container comes outside from shrink tunnel,the container is cooled by environmental air anf will get perfect shape of container. -
Step 4
now,the container is ready to downstream packging.

A Heat Shrink Tunnel Machine uses a conveyor and heat to maintain a constant temperature within the tunnel chamber.

1) When you confirm order,the design department will send the final design for your confirmation before production.
2) The designer will follow the processing department to ensure each mechanical parts are processed correctly and timely.
3) After all parts done,designer transfer responsibility to the Assembly Dept,which need to assemble the equipment on time.
4) Responsibility transferred to Adjustment Dept with the assembled machine.Sales will check the progress and feedback to customer.
5) After customer’s video checking/factory inspection,sales will arrange the delivery.
6) If customer have problem during application,Sales will ask the After-sales Dept to solve it together
