Machine Operation Process of Automatic Wrap Around Sticker Labeling Machine

Step 1
Feed bottles on conveyor or using botte turntable. The Space Creator creates a proper gap between two bottles, when the bottle moves on the Conveyor. -
Step 2
Product sensor checks the presence of bottle at labeling station and when the bottle is present below the labeling station the PLC gives command to Label Dispenser to dispense the label, meanwhile the wraparound belt rotate and press the container at appropriate pressure and the label sticks accurately on the bottle.

Step 3
Then the bottle moves to the next process. -
Step 4
The machine is able to label up to 100 / 200 containers per minute depending on products and label size.

4) Responsibility transferred to Adjustment Dept with the assembled machine.Sales will check the progress and feedback to customer.
5) After customer’s video checking/factory inspection,sales will arrange the delivery.
6) If customer have problem during application,Sales will ask the After-sales Dept to solve it together.
