The SVDL100/200/300 is multi-purpose automatic double side sticker labeling machine. This series machines are suitable for applying sticker labels on the front and back side of bottles, jars, etc.; either round, flat, oval, rectangular or square in shape. It is a multi-pack linear machine with a uniquely designed continuous movement. When handling complex products, special centering devices ensure very precise label positioning. It has an output of up to 100/200/300 labels in a minute, based on the label and product size. The labeling speed is also dependent on the stable motion of the product on the conveyor of the equipment, at a relatively higher speed.
Further, the automatic product alignment system is fully synchronized with the top stabilizing belt system to provide maximum stability and vertical positioning of the bottles with different shapes. It even incorporates the most modern label dispensing system and a simple sensing system for labels and products. It’s easy to operate and requires less maintenance. The SVDL100/200/300 series an ideal machine for manufacturers serving the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, Beverages, csometic, Brewery, dairy, Home care products and food markets as well as contract packagers.

Machine Operation Process of Automatic Double Side Sticker Labeling Machine

Step 1
Feed bottles on conveyor or using automatic botte turntable. The Conveyor moves very smoothly to convey the bottle and The Space Creator creates a proper gap between two containers, when the container moves on the Conveyor. Bottle orienter belt/ Feed Wrom orients the bottle in the right position for labeling. -
Step 2
The Top stabilizing belt will hold under the top stabilizing belt and travel to the labeling station. This Bottle Orienter also creates the proper gap between two bottles.

Step 3
Product sensor checks the presence of bottle at labeling station and when the bottle is present below the labeling station, the PLC gives command to the both Label Dispenser to dispense the label. The Pressing rollers press the container at appropriate pressure and the label is stuck accurately on the container. -
Step 4

Then the bottle goes to the next processing.
