Our Automatic Single Head Sleeve Labeling Machine, Have three model – SVSA100, SVSA200 & SVSA300 is design to insert sleeve with desired position on various size and shape of bottles. Machie is suitable for variety of industries with an opportunity to reduce labour and increase manufacturing rates. The machine having integrating functions of delivering & classifying containers, Accurate cutting of label sleeving and proper positioning of sleeve on bottle. SVSA 100 / 200 / 300 is constructed on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors and aluminium alloy.
The unit consisting of sleeve roll loader-carrier assembly, conveyor bottle separating assembly, Centre pillar, Bottle positioning mechanism, Cutter mechanism, Optical scanner, controlling assembly and Brush assembly etc. This model operates with great simplicity, high efficiency and minimal maintenance with production capacity up to 300BPM.

Machine Operation Process of Automatic Single Head Sleeve Labeling Machine

Step 1
Feed bottles on conveyor or using automatic botte turntable. The Conveyor moves very smoothly to convey the bottle and The Space Creator creates a proper gap between two containers, when the container moves on the Conveyor. Bottle Orienter orient the bottle in the right position for sleeving. -
Step 2
Product sensor checks the presence of the bottle at sleeving station and when the bottle is present below the sleeve station, the PLC gives command to the Sleeve Dispenser to dispense the sleeve. Rotary cutter unit cut the Sleeve at proper Position with help of sleeve scanner. The sleeve pusher unit inserts the cut sleeve onto the bottle white bottle was continuously moved on the conveyor.

Step 3
Motorised Hair brush/ Sleeve Pusher system settle down sleeve at desired position. -
Step 4
Then the bottle goes to the shrink tunnel.
