The SVRVL 100/200/300 is a fully automated vertical rotary labeling machine. This machine is suitable for accurately attaching fully / partially wrapped adhesive labels to round ampoules / vials of various sizes.Ampoules / vials are loaded through the loading tray and ampoules / vials are collected through the collection tray.This machine has additional advantages such as a special feeder that can feed vials directly from the tray in a vertical position and also collect labeled products on the tray in a vertical position. Operators can also supply vials online for labeling without stopping the machine.This Machine is likewise include anti vibration toes and adjustable in height.

The SVARL 100/200/300 is the fastest, user compatible, fully protected and Alomost Maintenance Free.The operation of this machine is completely synchronized. This model can be labeled up to 100/200/300 BPM according to product and label size.

Machine Operation Process of Automatic Rotary Vial Sticker Labeling Machine

Step 1
Feed vial on conveyor or using automatic turntable. The Conveyor moves very smoothly to convey the vial. Rotary star plat indexer collect the vial and moves to the labeling station.
Step 2
At the labeling station pressing belt rotates the vial, simultaneously the product sensor checks the presence of the vial. PLC gives command to the Label Dispenser to dispense the label.
