The automatic horizontal label applicator machine is one of the most user-friendly.

Machine Operation Process of Automatic Pouch Sticker Labeling Machine

Step 1
Feed pouch on conveyor or using automatic pouch stacker. The stacker unit creates a proper gap between two pouches, when the pouch moves on the Conveyor.
Step 2
Product sensor checks the presence of the pouch at the labeling station and when the pouch is present below the labeling station the PLC gives command to Label Dispenser to dispense the label. This Optical scanner of Label dispenser unit which is most necessary to apply accurately and precisely label on pouch.
