The SVARL200, SVARL300 & SVARL500 is a Fully Automatic Single Side Vertical Rotary/Vial Sticker Labeling Machine. This machine is apposite to apply full/ partial wrap around self adhesive Labels precisely on different size of round Ampoule or vial. Loading of ampoule/Vial is done by loader tray and collecting of ampoule is done by collection tray. The SVARL200, SVARL300 & SVARL500 is one of the high speed, most user compatible, fully protected and almost maintenance free. Operation of this machine is fully synchronized. Capability of this model is labeling up to 500 Ampoules per minutes depending on products and label size.

Machine Operation Process of Automatic Ampoule Sticker Labeling Machine

Step 1
Feed Ampoule on the loading tray. The feed screw collect ampoules from the loading tray and feed to the Rotary star plat indexer. Star plat indexer moves ampoule to the labeling station.
Step 2
At the labeling station, Pressing belt rotates the ampoule, Simultaneously the product sensor checks the presence of the Ampoule. PLC gives command to the Label Dispenser to dispense the label.

Online Thermal Inkjet (TIJ), Continous Inkjet (CIJ) Thermal Transfer Over printing (TTO), Hot Foil Printer, Rubber Sterio Printet can be Interated with the labeing machine for Batch Code/ Barcode / Barcode printing.
