Machine Operation Process of Automatic Carton Sticker Labeling Machine

Step 1
Feed carton on conveyor. The Space Creator creates a proper gap between two cartons, when the carton moves on the Conveyor. -
Step 2
Product sensor checks the presence of the carton at the labeling station and when the carton is present below the labeling station the PLC gives command to Label Dispenser to dispense the label. This Optical scanner of Label dispenser unit which is most necessary to apply accurately and precisely label on carton.

The Pressing belt presses the carlton at appropriate pressure and the label is stuck accurately on the carton. -

Then the bottle goes to the next processing.
