The SVSRCS is a very compact, economical and user-friendly capping machine. This model is especially suitable for capping and sealing ROPP caps on bottles for low speed applications.This unit required manually feeding and unloading of container.Previously filled bottles are manually fed with the container body and neck placed under the rotating head, and the sealing head performs a perfect capping operation with constant torque.The sealing head consists of a total of four rolls. Two rollers rim and twist the cap to seal, while the other two rollers perform full threading depending on the diameter of the bottleneck. After sealing, the sealing head rises with the help of a cam and ejects the sealed bottle

Machine Operation Process of Semi Automatic Single Head ROPP Capping Machine

Step 1
Bottles are continuously fed from upstream machine to the flat conveyor belt of Screw cap sealing machine and move further through in feed worm for correct spacing between two bottles and transferred to the in feed star wheel. -
Step 2
Screw caps kept in Vibratory unit automatically orient caps in right direction before entering into delivery cap Shute.

Step 3
And Bottle /Jars is entering below jaw type sealing head (with torque adjustment) and bottle will be sealing perfectly. -
Step 4
After sealing operation, sealing head moves upward with help of cam and bottle /jars move with exit star wheel and Move further on conveyor belt for next operation.
