Machine Operation Process of Automatic Linear Screw Capping Machine

Step 1
Bottles are continuously fed from upstream machine to the flat conveyor belt of Screw cap sealing machine and move further through in feed worm for correct spacing between two bottles and transferred to the in feed star wheel. -
Step 2
Screw caps kept in Vibratory unit automatically orient caps in right direction before entering into delivery cap Shute.

And Bottle /Jars is entering below jaw type sealing head (with torque adjustment) and bottle will be sealing perfectly. -
Step 4
After sealing operation, sealing head moves upward with help of cam and bottle /jars move with exit star wheel and Move further on conveyor belt for next operation.
