Step 1
Product Grouping : The products are arranged into a group (e.g. 4×3 bottles to form a 12-pack), In slower machines the product is fed single lane and grouping is done inside machine by successive strokes of pneumatic or electric pusher (or lifter.) In faster machines the product is introduced in multilane or pre-collated outside of machine. while high speed machines use continuous motion grouping -
Step 2
Bundle forming : A shrink film is wrapped around the products forming a bundle. there are using two rolls with hot knife cutting and sealing.

Heat shrinking of Pack :The bundle passes through a heated chamber of the shrink tunnel, where re-circulated hot air causes the film to shrink and conform the the shape of enclosed products. Once outside, the pack is cooled by forced air to tighten the film forming semi rigid pack ready for stacking on pallet or further downstream packaging. -

Colling of Pack : Once pack come outside from shrink tunnel, the pack is cooled by forced air to tighten the film forming semi rigid pack ready for stacking on pallet or further downstream packaging.

It depends on the size and weight of the products. 12 Bottle of 1ltr., 2 ltr. (4×3) can be securely wrapped. With smaller products, more can be included. Note that we have vertical stacking options to allow multiple layers of Bottles, cans and boxes.
No. Although the film shrinks around the products/ group product, there will be a round opening in the film on either side of the pack.
Polyethylene (PE) in its low-density form (LDPE) is the best suited plastic film for general shrink wrap packaging. This is because it is relatively strong, inexpensive and can be made with correct shrink ratio for Sleeve Wrapping. (70/20)
Majourly bottles, cans, cartons and boxes are ideal for shrink wrapping. It is also possible to shrink wrap many other sorts of products. Very lightweight or oddly shaped products can be challenging to shrink wrap, either because they are hard to convey and collate during the wrapping process, or because they can not form stable geometrical group which after handling may become loose.
Due to the short exposure time and protection offered by the shrink film itself, very few products are affected by the process. Even foil-wrapped chocolate can be shrink wrapped. However thin PVC trays, thin PET containers or not fully filled CSD bottles can distort during the shrinking process.
