Step 1
Product Grouping : The products are arranged into a group (e.g. 4×3 bottles to form a 12-pack), In slower machines the product is fed single lane and grouping is done inside machine by successive strokes of pneumatic or electric pusher (or lifter.) In faster machines the product is introduced in multilane or pre-collated outside of machine. while high speed machines use continuous motion grouping -
Step 2
Bundle forming : A shrink film is wrapped around the products forming a bundle. there are using two rolls with hot knife cutting and sealing.

Heat shrinking of Pack :The bundle passes through a heated chamber of the shrink tunnel, where re-circulated hot air causes the film to shrink and conform the the shape of enclosed products. Once outside, the pack is cooled by forced air to tighten the film forming semi rigid pack ready for stacking on pallet or further downstream packaging. -

Colling of Pack : Once pack come outside from shrink tunnel, the pack is cooled by forced air to tighten the film forming semi rigid pack ready for stacking on pallet or further downstream packaging.

This machine works on a principle of back pressure of Bottle which will be fed by the unscramble to reach separator assembly, which transfer the Bottle on conveyor belt and pushes bottle to the cleaning section one after another. Machine consists of two inverters and one cleaning section.
A series of nozzles blow air in the container at a high pressure. The dust is collected in dust collector box through exhaust fan. The container is further fed through the synchronized mechanism and feed worm. It is once again upright position and comes out duly cleaned for further operation.

2) The designer will follow the processing department to ensure each mechanical parts are processed correctly and timely.
3) After all parts done,designer transfer responsibility to the Assembly Dept,which need to assemble the equipment on time.
4) Responsibility transferred to Adjustment Dept with the assembled machine.Sales will check the progress and feedback to customer.
5) After customer’s video checking/factory inspection,sales will arrange the delivery.
6) If customer have problem during application,Sales will ask the After-sales Dept to solve it together
